Delux Cocktail Menu $15 per person (minimum 70 guests) or included with package cruises -
  • Platters of - Crisp celery curls, Baton carrots, Capsicum, Snow peas, Cherry tomatoes, Button mushrooms, Corn chips and french onion dip.
  • Followed by - Chicken satays with chilli peanut sauce, Prawn twisters, Crumbed calamari rings, Assorted mini gourmet quiches, Mini spring rolls, Spicy samosas and Parmesan sausage rolls.

Gourmet Cocktail Menu $25 per person (minimum 70 guests) or included with package cruises -
  • Served Hot - Satay chicken tenderloins, Fillet mignon, Prawn twisters, Mini beef and guiness pie, Spinach and fetta filo triangle.
  • Served Cold - Selection of sushi, Grilled vegetable frittata, Oysters natural.

Three Course Seated and Plated Menu $40 per person (minimum 70 guests and maxium 100 guests) or included with package cruises - 

      Entree - choose two to be served alternately -
  • Smoked salmon, leek & fetta tart.
  • Thai style beef salad with baby corn, assorted herbs & sweet chilli dressing.
  • Prawn, bean & cherry tomato salad with coconut dress & mangoes (seasonal)
  • Smoked chicken, paw paw & potato tian with kaffir lime creme fraiche.
  • Spinach gnocchi, sauteed roma tomato, garlic, fresh basil & olive oil, with char grilled ciabatta fingers and shaved parmesan.
  • Baby prawn cocktail with tomato-coriander salsa & guacamole mayonnaise.
      Mains - choose two to be served alternately -
  • Chicken breast with red capsicum glase and basil-pinenut pesto.
  • Beef tenderloins and field mushrooms on Shiraz jus.
  • Double roasted pork on a caraway & apple glase.
  • Lamb noissettes with hot tomato relish & rosemary jus.
  • Braised lamb shank, red wine tomato jus, rocket mash & long green beans.
  • Barramudi fillet with thai-style coconut and kaffir lime cream broth, with asian style vegtables & fragrant rice.
     Desert - choose two to be served alternately -
  • Mixed berry and port melange tart with vanilla bean icecream.
  • Chocolate mud cake and raspberry coulis with cream.
  • Creme caeamel and marinated orange.
