Avenger Fishing is a 10 meter / 32 foot Cougar Cat that is quick, comfortable, stable and functional. She is powered by 2 x 250hp Yamaha 4 stroke engines which hum along quietly without fumes and she is surveyed for up to 12 guests. Perfect for your Gold Coast deep sea fishing charter.
Onboard is a private toilet with a sink, running fresh water and hand soap. We have undercover seating and standing room.
Rods, reels, bait, tackle, soft drinks and water are included on all trips.
The following prices are for Monday to Sunday every day of the year.
Inclusions: Bait, tackle, rods, reels, soft drinks and water are provided, along with a friendly skipper and deckhand onboard who are happy to help out as much as you need. Food is not provided due to insurance / dietary requirements. Please bring any food you like.
(1) Shared Charter prices:
1/2 day (either 6am to 11am or 11:15am to 4:15pm)
(2a) Private charter prices (max 12 pax but we recommend up to 10):
5-hour charter: $1400
Targets: We fish the rocky reef ground off the Gold Coast in up to 65m depth on half day charters. Targets on half day charters are Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Teraglin Jew, Mulloway, Tusk Fish, Tailor, Pearl Perch, Mahi Mahi, Spotted and School Mackerel.
(2b) Private charter prices (max 12 pax but we recommend up to 10):
7-hour charter: $2000
Targets: We fish the rocky reef ground off the Gold Coast up to 100m depth. Targets on our 7 hour charters include Mackerel, Dolphin Fish / Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Marlin, Snapper, Kingfish and more!
(2c) Private charter prices (max 8 people):
9-hour charter: $2200
Departure Times: 5am or a custom start time to suit you. We recommend fishing for an hour before sun up for the night dwellers before the light!
Targets: We fish the rocky reef ground off the Gold Coast in up to 100m depth on full day charters. Target species are Kingfish and Amberjack, Samson, Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Marlin, Teraglin Jew, Mulloway, Tusk Fish, Tailor, Pearl Perch, Mahi Mahi, Spotted and School Mackerel.

Directions:
We are located behind the blue bait and tackle shop which is situated between the Broadwater Parkland Boat Ramp and the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre. Our vessel departs from Hammerhead Cove and is next to the OZDIVE pontoon.
The Southport tram stop is within short walking distance and we have onsite parking available as well. If coming from the M1 simply take the Smith Street Motorway exit.
Parking:
We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes early to find a legal car park. Large parking fines can apply, so it is important to find and read the parking signs before parking and only park in areas with signs that state that you can do so. Parking can be paid for at the parking machines located in the carpark.

Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days prior to booking:
Any cancellations or changes requested with a minimum of 14 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund, credit or to reschedule. No fees apply.
Less than 14 days day prior to booking or ‘no shows’:
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to a booking, or the customer does not attend on the day (‘no show’), the customer will not be eligible for a refund or credit and gift cards will be redeemed/cancelled. Any outstanding monies will be charged in full.
Minimum Operating Numbers Cancellations
Avenger’s Gold Coast Fishing Charters have a minimum operating number of 6 passengers. In the rare event the minimum has not been met, a cancellation email will be sent, and the customer will have the choice to reschedule or receive a refund and/or gift cards to be made valid again.
