Nina's Catering for your Gold Coast Boat Charter.

Nina’s Boat Catering Menus are delivered to your Boat Charter on the Gold Coast. Everything you need is supplied.

  • Canape Menus ready for you to self-serve cold.

To order a Nina’s Catering Menu please advise when booking a boat and add the Catering Menu name you choose.

Nina’s Catering is separately invoiced from your boat booking and full payment is required 2 weeks before your cruise date.

Nina’s Canapé Menu 1 – $40 per person / available for all charter boats with BYO food –

Canapes Menus are minimum 12 guests and are dropped off to the boat ready for you to self-serve cold. Catering staff to serve can be arranged and cost $50 per hour.
Includes Gourmet Platters For your guests to enjoy on arrival

  • Cheese Platter – Variety of cheeses, crackers and dips, lots of variety of fresh fruit and carrot sticks.
  • Gourmet Platter – pepperoni, twiggy sticks, cabana, salami, cheese cubes, crackers and dips.
  • Corn chips, potato chips, cashews and soy sticks.

4 Canapés to enjoy during the cruise

  • Fresh Prawns from the Trawlers (peeled with seafood dip)
  • Sushi (variety)
  • Baguette lavish roll and Sandwiches (variety)
  • Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls – Prawn and Pork, and Vegetable (vegetarian, Gluten Free, No dairy/eggs added)

Includes all Nina’s Canape Menu 1 with these 2 Extra Canapés.

If you have less guest numbers you can still order however you need to pay for the minimum guest numbers.

Nina’s Summer Buffet – $50 per person / available for all charter boats with BYO food –
Summer Buffet Menus are minimum 14 guests and are dropped off to the boat ready for you to self-serve cold. Or we recommend use our Catering staff $50 per hour to serve, 1-12 guests 1 staff person, 12- 29 guests 2 staff persons are required, over 30 guests 3 staff persons are required.

Nina’s BBQ Buffet Menu: $65 per person only available for these charter boats – Mascot – Bacchus – Skylark – Mirage Sun – Mirage Cruiser – Life’s Good – Sunbird – Spirit of Gwonda – BBQ Menus are minimum 14 guests and catering staff is required and an additional $50 per hour. 1-12 guests 1 staff person, 12- 29 guests 2 staff persons are required, over 30 guests 3 staff persons are required.

Or we recommend using our Catering staff $50 per hour to heat and serve, 1-12 guests 1 staff person, 12- 29 guests 2 staff persons are required, over 30 guests 3 staff persons are required.
