If you have less guest numbers you can still order however you need to pay for the minimum guest numbers.

Summer Buffet Menus are minimum 14 guests and are dropped off to the boat ready for you to self-serve cold. Or we recommend use our Catering staff $50 per hour to serve, 1-12 guests 1 staff person, 12- 29 guests 2 staff persons are required, over 30 guests 3 staff persons are required.
