Cruise the Gold Coast Waterways with 360 degrees water views, enabling you to enjoy the beaches and islands of Surfers Paradise and Main Beach. Our round boats are fitted with a large table and features an icetray. Or you can exchange it for a Heston Blumenthal charcoal BBQ (optional with extra cost). There is an esky, bluetooth speaker and a Sumbrella for those hot days.   Life jackets are also provided.

Easy to let your self drive boat cruise begin

Renting a Self-Drive Round Boat on the Gold Coast is so easy. Be the Skipper! No boat licence required.  Just organise your group of up to 10 people per boat and you are ready to go.

There will be a full safety boating demonstration and local maps on board to guide you to the best spots. Our friendly crew are here to help ensure your boat hire cruise is a pleasant boating journey.

Drinks & ice: BYO,  If you require ice to be supplied, it is $10 extra.

Food: BYO.  If you require the BBQ facility, it is $35 extra.

Terms & Conditions for the Round Boat Hire

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
We may, at our discretion, hold a reservation only for 24 hours, pending payment to confirm a booking.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE AND BOND
The hirer is required to be a minimum of 17 years of age.  A credit card bond will be required for all hires. All hirers must provide a photo ID and mobile phone number on the day of hire. You will be requested to complete our hire agreement which contains the conditions relating to the hire on the day. The hirer will be fully responsible for any damage caused to any vessel by undue care and will be caused to pay for all such damage in full.

ARRIVAL TIME
All hirers are required to arrive 10 minutes before their confirmed booking departure time. If a hirer arrives later than the confirmed booking time, then you will still be charged from the confirmed booking time agreed. If a hirer does not arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed booking time, then we have the right to rebook the vessel and all paid monies will be forfeited.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
As the hirer and Skipper of the boat, your alcohol limit must remain below 0.05 at all times and you are responsible for any disorderly conduct of the passengers onboard. Bow riding and towing of vessels or persons are not permitted. No smoking is allowed onboard. Any hire brought back later than the agreed rental time will incur additional fees of $30 for every 10 minutes. No waste material should be thrown into the water. There is a rubbish bin provided.

RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

One person’s perfect day on the water may be too hot for somebody else and too cold for yet another.  As a rental company, last minute cancellations are very costly and will only be agreed up under very special circumstance.  At the same time, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise and we don’t want you to lose your entire rental fee if you have to re-schedule. Our Cancellation policy is simple and strict but fair:

If you cancel with 14 or more days’ notice, there will be no penalty.

Any cancellation with less than 14 days’ notice FOR ANY REASON will result in a 20% rescheduling fee.

We do not allow cancellations for less than ideal weather.  If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning or very heavy rain and it becomes dangerous to cruise, we will call you to cancel and you will NOT be charged the rescheduling fee.   We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.
