Deli Choice Gold Coast Boat Catering Menus

Deli Choice Catering Menus are delivered to your Boat Charter on the Gold Coast.

  • Canape Menus ready for you to self-serve cold. $40pp
  • BBQ Buffet. $65pp
  • Seafood Buffets. $80pp

To order a Deli Choice Catering Menu please advise when booking a boat and add the Catering Menu name you choose.

Deli Choice Catering is separately invoiced from your boat booking and full payment is required 2 weeks before your cruise date.

DELI CHOICE CANAPE MENU 1: $40 per person / available for all charter boats with BYO food – Canapes Menus are minimum 14 guests and are dropped off to the boat ready for you to self-serve cold. Catering staff to serve can be arranged and cost $50 per hour.

All Ready To Serve Cold

  • Fresh prawns caught from the local trawlers served peeled with the chef’s seafood dressing.
  • Tasmanian smoked salmon on cucumber with crème fresh dill & capers.
  • Traditional bruschetta on fresh made garlic bread & balsamic reduction.
  • Roasted asparagus spears wrapped in premium prosciutto with a cream cheese dressing.
  • Vietnamese style prawn and rice paper parcels.

DELI CHOICE CANAPE MENU 2: $50 per person / available for all charter boats with BYO food – Includes All Canape Menu 1 with Added –

  • Beef carpaccio & rocket crostini with French wholegrain mustard.
  • Roasted asparagus spears wrapped in premium prosciutto with a cream cheese dressing.

DELI CHOICE CANAPE MENU 2: $60 per person / available for all charter boats with BYO food – Includes All Canape Menu 1 and all Canape Menu 2 with Added –

  • Mini beef or chicken sliders (small burgers) spicy relish.
  • Eye fillet beef with red onion, horseradish crème fraiche served on Melba toast.

If you have less guest numbers you can still order however you need to pay for the minimum guest numbers.

DELI CHOICE BBQ BUFFET MENU: $65 per person / only available for these charter boats – Mascot – Bacchus – Skylark – Mirage Sun – Mirage Cruiser – Life’s Good – Sunbird – Spirit of Gwonda – BBQ Menus are minimum 14 guests and catering staff is required at an additional $50 per hour

DELI CHOICE SEAFOOD BUFFET MENU 1: $80 per person / available for all charter boats with BYO food(all cold) – Seafood Buffets are minimum 10 guests and Catering staff is an additional $50 per hour.
